1. Do I have to be a bride to come in?

Nope! You can book for any occasion or reason.

2. Does the service include a wash and blowout?

No blowouts are done in the studio. Please come with your hair pre-washed and fully dry (night before or morning of appt is fine)

3. How should I arrive for my makeup appointment?

Fresh faced with no makeup

4. Can I bring in clip-ins?

Yes! It is an additional $30 charge, expect your appointment to run 20-25 minutes longer.

5. Can I bring a picture?

A picture always helps us get an idea of your vision. However, like any artist, we may not be able to completely copy another stylist’s work.

6. Can Bridal Chic open earlier than 8am?

Yes, but you must call or email to request, fees may apply.

7. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, Venmo and credit cards, sorry no more American Express.

8. Can I tip on card?

We only accept cash and Venmo for tips.

9. What’s the difference between a regular styling and an event styling?

Event styling appointments are longer, which allows for more attention to detail.

10. Should I have my bridal party come to the store or have the stylists travel for my wedding?

This is really just preference, but our studio is very bright, airy and relaxing and sometimes thats the exact vibe you want the morning of the wedding. You won’t have to worry about having guests and setting up your home.

On the other hand, you may be getting ready a little further and want to be closer to your venue or where you will be getting dressed.
